What we do not accept:

⚠️ Once opened or used, products cannot be returned under any circumstances. Flurré products are personal care items. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we are legally and operationally unable to accept returns on any product that has been opened, applied to skin, or used in any way — regardless of the reason.

We strongly encourage all customers to read the full product description, ingredient list, and FAQ before purchasing. A patch test is required before first use — failure to conduct a patch test does not constitute grounds for a return or refund.

What we do not accept:

  • Change of mind returns — you are responsible for researching the product before purchasing
  • Opened or used products — no exceptions, regardless of how much was used
  • Returns due to skin reactions where a patch test was not performed first
  • Returns citing individual skin sensitivity — results vary by person and this is disclosed
  • Returns requested after 14 days from the delivery date
  • Returns without photographic evidence of the defect or damage
  • Returns where the original packaging has been disposed of

The only accepted return conditions:

We accept return or refund requests only in the following circumstances:

  • The product arrived visibly damaged or broken (not caused by misuse)
  • The wrong product was delivered to you
  • The product was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered after carrier investigation

How the return process works:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of your delivery date
  2. Include your order number, a clear photo of the damage, and original packaging
  3. We'll review your request within 2 business days
  4. If approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method
  5. Refunds take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
